All implied warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are hereby expressly disclaimed.
Links and references to any other websites are provided for information only and listing shall not be taken as endorsement of any kind. The Geological Survey of Pakistan is not responsible for the content or reliability of the linked websites and does not endorse the content, products, services or views expressed within them.
Under no circumstances will the Geological Survey of Pakistan, or any of its Suppliers be liable to any person or business entity for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages based on any use of the Geodata Portal or any other website to which this site is linked, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or information, even if the Geological Survey of Pakistan or any of its Suppliers have been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages.
As a condition of your use of the Geodata Portal, you warrant to the Geological Survey of Pakistan that you will not use the Geodata Portal for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Geodata Portal in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Geodata Portal or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Geodata Portal. Access to this Geodata Portal by any person other than an authorized agent for a company is strictly prohibited.
Payments can be made online by credit card or debit card. Your payment information will be processed immediately and confidentially. Cash/Cheque deposits are not accepted at any banking facility. Alternatively, customers can pay in cash at the nearest Department of Mines office.
After submitting your payment, we will automatically e-mail your invoice in PDF format.
Submitted payments cannot be cancelled.
